Falling in at a solid 8 out of 10 for an early access title. I have not been this thrilled with a title since the first time playing Kerbal Space Program.

This is a great entry into the building style games. Complete use of science and research to develop in game problems solving. Worth the money to support the early access. Looking foward what is next.

The game play is solid across this game. It stays smooth even under extreme conditions of having lots of patients and doctors running around the screen. It is a great game to get lost in.

This game is fun, The other reviews are correct where you have to manage a bunch of things at the same time, but it is managable.
