RollerCoaster Tycoon -> Planet Coaster. This is a solid game of that style, at a good price, with slightly more emphasis on your own creativity rather than a lot of set scenarios. -Zeg

Just look at this game. When you look at this game, doesn't it make you want to say "look at this game"? It's emotional, beautiful, interesting stuff.

Rob: It's hard not to like what Thr3aks were going for here. I'm not sure they get there and it runs out of ideas towards the end, but still enjoyable.

Simply the finest multiplayer FPS. It almost faultless in mechanics, feel, draw and style. The only thing holding it back is archaic menu design.

Rob: It's still Counter Strike but after years of refinement you end up with a compelling competetive sport. It makes me hate myself a little.

Zac's 2014 game of the year. Innovative RPG mechanics and technological twist on Bastion's visuals. The story will try to break your mind.

The happysalad Game of the Year 2013. This rogue-lite combat platformer crossed with bullet hell does the progression feedback loop so perfectly.

A real pinball simulation makes Pinball FX2 feel quite lifeless. If you've liked any pinball at any time you should have this. The menus are crap though

One of Rob's nominations for Game of the Year 2013. This is an ultra stylish and imaginative take on the "character action" genre. It kicks ass.

Sure, it's got Sonic in the title but this is truly a great kart racer with some worthwhile gimmicks and a ton of SEGA nostalgia.
