This is the city sim SimCity wishes it could be. The strong heart of a traffic sim propels C:S forward, giving me joy not seen since SimCity 2000.

Modern meets retro in this text-based RPG loaded with action, ASCII art and potatoes. It is a roguelike, so death in two turns can (and will) happen.

I have very fond memories of many of these tables - Medieval Madness, Champion Pub, Twilight Zone, etc. - so to get them on Steam is pretty darn cool.

The game's creator describe it as "FTL meets Mad Max". Having played it, I agree. The meta-references are a bit much but the game itself is stellar.

Along with Deus Ex, this is part of the duology that I worship as the "Greatest Games Ever". So many great memories (of dying horribly).

The first, and still the best, Deus Ex game. Human Revolution is a great entry in the series but it pales in comparison to its parent.
