A fantastic roguelike (yes, an actual turn-based roguelike), with a great sense of humor.

An absolutely phenomenal remake/massive expansion of The Binding of Isaac. Rebirth is a game that one can easily put hundreds of hours into.

The Behemoth's unique sense of humor and Will Stamper's narration are the highlights of this platformer, and it plays great too, especially in co-op.

A bit like Binding of Isaac if it was a 2D platformer, Risk of Rain's interesting character classes, items, and multiplayer make it one of my favorites.

This Oregon Trail-inspired retro scrolling shooter is completely hilarious, and discovering all of the different random events is a delight.

This Metroidvania beat 'em up platformer has some seriously satisfying combat moves, and those same moves are used for platforming as well. Genius!

An excellent tower-defense/third-person-action/RPG hybrid. It even has online and local multiplayer! This game is a blast with friends.

This minimalist puzzle-platformer miraculously managed to make me care more about its rectangular heroes than many games do with their human characters.

Seriously difficult? Yes. Seriously amazing? Absolutely! If Dark Souls doesn't scare you, give this punishing rouge-lite platformer a try.

This score-attack game may be insanely hard, but it's also really addictive, and the soundtrack is absolutely phenomenal.
