Unique co-op climbing game that has a decent modding scene behind it, albeit no Steam Workshop. Mods allow more than 4 players... albeit food may be scarce then. Great game once you learn the ropes.

The store pages expectation management is dated and arguably sets one up for failure. See the Full Review or read the Negative Reviews and tertiary info, play the demo, then decide if you want to buy.

OLED VR on a budget, the original Oculus Quest offered this, nothing else has since. True black levels in VR are imperative for immersion as well as eye strain that one may not even realize they have.

Mods are what give this game life, but choose carefully or play like mad on a version as an update could kill your ability to keep playing a save... and even then someone could stop mod main.

Solo only character = own storage... otherwise 4 storage pages shared across all characters. More storage costs $, as does cosmetics. 1 difficulty. 6 player co-op. Skills/Items + skill = can progress?

There is an up to 6 player co-op mod for the singleplayer campaign that has some text file settings that lets one modify the difficulty. Never do official multiplayer with the mod or risk being banned

I enjoyed it but the game is niche. To play at higher difficulties you must constantly use the non-stamina consuming left/right/back dashing to avoid damage or be downed/die... this includes bullets.

The graphics have been remastered, via remake that is now ported, not a port of the original RDR from over a decade ago. No need to rush into buying a singleplayer game, it will go on sale eventually.

It's easy to get pulled into the gameplay loop once you understand the mechanics. I wish there was a more casual save and load option regardless of difficulty rather than having to cheese the file.

1 Commander per team, 2 teams of 10, resource nodes, base expansion, asymmetrical gameplay, memorize the maps to do well. Checked today, Friday, 2 full servers and 4 others at 15, 9, 5, and 4 players.
