A brutal Rogue-like in a very anime setting and story. For those that like both, this is nirvana. Also had some JRPG qualities that cross over nicely.

Not as good as the first. But with plenty of new content, as well as tie-ins for fans of the first game that is simply delightful and rewarding.

Until this game, I hadn't cried like a little girl since FF7. A satire of, and at the same time truly exceptional JRPG in its own right.

FF8 had to stand in quite a long shadow. But don't let that fool you, this game definitely took risks to set it apart from it's predecessor.

Truly, a touchstone in video game history. Personally not one of my favorites, but all JRPG's after this game are held to the standard of this game.

Challenging and rewarding gameplay reminiscent of Secret of Mana, with the setting of adorable girls at a magical school. Very highly recommended.

A very cruel and hilarious puzzle game that requires out of the box thinking. Also it's kawaii and has plenty of jokes any otaku will love.

Perhaps not the most life-changing visual novel, but the characters are likable and you'll learn a lot about Japan! Who doesn't?
