Activision replaced that game with its Call of Duty® base game, which combined MW II, MW III, and Warzone. So in fact now Modern Warfare® II is not a separate game, it's not displayed in the library

The game will definitely suffer the fate of the first part

The game hasn't even been released yet, and pre-orders for it have already been refunded to many Steam users who are in countries that don't have an official PSN services

There is a risk that in the future Sony will add mandatory linking to PSN like in Helldivers 2 and Ghost of Tsushima and we won't be able to launch our favorite games anymore
