This is a Final Fantasy game in name and association with SquareEnix only. It was really part of a completely different series branded as "Final Fantasy Legends" in the West to gain more sales.

Not much in this game in terms of story. You'll blow through it real quick and the main draw was supposed to be playing against other people. There's still a discord but a very low player count now.

A challenge for those that have never played Dark Souls games. With the right build some bosses fold pretty easy but will require some research. Big fans of FF will enjoy the story at some moments.

If you're a fan of Pokemon, this is the Final Fantasy for you. Has auto-battle and a speed up feature to help move things a long. A good game for fans of the franchise with a lot you'll recognize.

From the beginning you realize this is no child's game. You have a lot to do as your cast of playable characters is very big. Action RPG with some RTS moments in the over world. Also has newgame+

This edition provided some much needed upgrades. What this game fails to do in world building it makes up in gameplay and characters. You'll absolutely fall in love with the guys and enjoy fighting.

If you've played this game you know why it's so popular. Tons to do, unbelievable music, and one of my favorite stories. A lot of heart and soul was poured into this game. You will have a good time.

A challenge for many to get into but I had more fun after figuring it out. Always love a game with a newgame+ option. It's very heavy on side quests and so a lot of what you do doesn't feel important.

For many XIII-2 was better than XIII. A better villain absolutely. I also prefer the leveling system in this game as opposed to XIII, some better tracks, and more open when it comes to exploration.

This game holds up imo. Great gameplay, music, and graphics. It does force you down a pretty specific path but you are often rewarded for your exploration when it's available. Not much side content.
