One of the best colony sims I've ever played. Huge potential for storytelling and the simple graphics allow for easy modding as well. Absolute recommendation.

You play as a young doctor, trying to treat your patients as well as possible, while either staying true to your old morals or straying away from them. The english translation is a little odd, though.

Super fun experience. It combines arcade-y gameplay with language learning, making for an interesting mix. It is possible to import custom lists as well, allowing infinite replay value.

An RPG set in medieval central europe, a true gem if you have a thing for it. Unfortunately it is decently old by now so the graphics and gameplay are outdated, plus it performs poorly FPS wise.

A very atmospheric and immersive portrayal of the challenges faced by lower class workers in China. Unfortunately it got taken off the store and won't ever be finished. One of my top favorite games.
