My favorite show, The Wire, follows police tackling the drug trade, revealing a city's deep interconnections. The game reflects this too—police work and everything surrounding it. Highly recommended.

For the very few people out there who are unsure if it's worth checking out, I'm here to say that it is, and hopefully to encourage them to finally getting around to playing it.

The game’s forte lies in its unique setting and art style. While this sequel made applaudable upgrades to the gameplay, I still can't help but notice the resemblance to the Bioshock franchise.
