HOI IV did an excellent job of simulating the challenges and decision-making required to lead a nation during World War II. I particularly appreciated the attention to historical detail in the game.

While the subject matter was heavy, the overall experience was enjoyable and educational. I would recommend Prison Architect to anyone interested in the criminal justice system or simulation games.
