Days Gone is a pleasant surprise. The zombies are scary. The factions are horrid. The story is captivating. I felt like I was in a zombie apocalypse.

The Mortuary Assistant has a lot of repetitive play. However, the repetitive play is consistently broken up by spooky random events and it works.

This game is scary. I am a horror veteran and desensitized but this game managed to make me set the controller down and take a break. I haven’t had that sort of reaction since P.T. and Silent Hill 2.
