Best game of 2022. Overwhelmingly positive, yes. But incredibly overlooked for its incredible mix of the whimsical, the creepy, the silly and the macabre. Has eerily casual depictions of death.

The worst game yet made. No skill floor, no skill ceiling. No gameplay Massively successful. This will harm the game industry forever. They now know how little they have to do for huge success. Awful.

A miserable game that hates me more than I hate it. Every time of the 5 times I've played it I've gotten softlocked or bugged without me realising it, leaving me wandering around an broken world.

Ultra luck based roguelite where you either struggle like an infant or obliterate like a god. I'd rather the hitboxes be more clear, personally. Atmosphere is good, but gameplay ticks few boxes.

(Dreamcast Version) This is the best Sonic game. I love it so much. Mod the PC version. I didn't play this as a kid, and now I wish I did. Super fun game with great variety.

More doesn't reaaallly equal better. Also, the loss of the sombre, simple, and weirdly mature tone of the original game makes it annoying. The original game was already funny without trying to be.

All flash, no gameplay variety: The Devolver classic. If I wanted to click on things whilst dodging circles I'd play Sam and Max in the middle of an Ultimate Frisbee pitch.

Currently, this is Supergiant's best game. However, I reckon they could usurp it in the future. Fantastic in all regards. Incredible story, gameplay and atmosphere. Just the right length, too.

By far the best game Devolver will ever publish. An stylish game that doesn't compromise on gameplay. I love it so much.

On my second run whilst making random moves I made it 4 rooms away from the final boss. When I started thinking strategically, I barely made it anywhere. Makes you think... Or, rather, doesn't.
