These "games" are simply templates or asset packs that have been repacked for a Steam release without much modification.

Low effort games to avoid

Some games might not be asset flips in the literal sense of the word but the low effort the "developer" brought to the table oozes out of every pore. These games are overpriced, bug infested trash.

HEDE is a russian developer releasing low-effort trash apps/games for far too much money. Uses different names every time so they can be hard to spot, thats why this list exists.
