Despite its similarity to The Council, its a step back in too many ways. It's fine, but the problem is that its never elevated beyond being *just* fine. Decent VtM experience, but only when on a sale.

Adventure gaming excellence! Pentiment is a deeply engrossing mystery game set in one of the most vibrant and realistic depictions of the medieval world that I've seen. Amazing narrative experience!

A great example of a narrative polisim COYA game that's strongly grounded in good writing and deep lore. Choices have long payoffs and there is significant leeway to shape the story as you see fit.

A surprisingly deep & complex strategy game set in Warlord-era China featuring cliques with independent characters, emergent story events, and a wide variety of gameplay scenarios. Great for TBS fans!

"We have MGS at home." Questionable design decisions and uninteresting, shallow mechanics. Its not terrible, but its basic gameplay systems make this a curiosity at best and pedestrian at worst.

A short but very well put together first-person horror adventure game that sees you trying to undo a deadly ritual in a haunted manor while being chased by a vengeful spirit. A solid little title!

An outstanding spiritual successor to the original fixed-camera Resident Evil titles with a dash of Silent Hill thrown in. Gameplay modernisations and a creepy tone make this an easy recommendation.

"Resident Evil as an FPS" may sound trite, but that's really what the game feels like. A short campaign with a good amount of content for a low price. Game feels tight and familiar. Its good stuff!
