It's a good looking and smoothly controlled open-world, grid-based dungeon crawler with tons of fetch quests and obtusely dogmatic morals to punish you for not following the rules of the Holy Book.

Pacific Drive meets, I guess, Routine (the one that got ripped off by Alien Isolation for its art style). Not the biggest fan of developer's 35MM, but this one has a much faster pace, so that's a plus

Silent Hill 4 Soy Edition

It has a germ of a brilliant physics-based puzzle mechanic, but it's woefully undercooked in many departments from presentation to pacing, to puzzles themselves. Portal it is not, but it could be!

KCD meets Obra Dinn meets Hylics. The quirk levels in this Medieval Christianity-themed, turn-based combat RPG are off the charts!

Absolute masterpiece in world building and organic interweaving of the nail-biting puzzles into the lore and mechanics of this beautiful fantasy land. Get it immediately if you like immersive games.

Put Doom 3 encounters, Quake 2 aesthetic and a half-slice of Half-Life's plot in a blender, add style & sprinkle w/ some animation jank for the unmistakable indie flavor and you'll get this game.
