"Denuvo Anti-Cheat" implemented in May 2020, an intrusive DRM scheme with ring-zero kernel access. Security concerns, broken compatibility, and performance problems are being reported.

Audio inconsistencies and save glitches with DMC 1 are the most notorious glitches recorded so far. Starting the game without checking the savefiles prior seems to prevent the save glitch.

Has a weird but potentially nasty bug-- if you have 128 friends who own the game, entering matchmaking will crash it. Only fix is to remove one of those friends. Otherwise, VERY functional!

Based on the GameCube port with most of its GC-exclusive features removed. Somewhat unstable as a result, but crazily moddable, which is recommended to restore some features and functions.
