The first Skautfold game, it's a little more rough around the edges compared to the later titles, but still an outstanding experience, and one thoroughly steeped in the Cthulhu mythos.

The latest Skautfold title continues Pugware's excellent Cthulhu mythos tale. You don't need to have played the others to enjoy Moonless Knight however, although you will need decent reflexes.

A rare combination - arcade game + cthulhu mythos. It's got Dagon, deep ones, mad men and evil religion. As an arcade game it lacks the horror usually associated with the mythos, but it's fun to play.

Remnant is set in the Chronos universe apparently, but it has clear lovecraftian influences. Cosmic horror, a doomed Earth and lots of tentacles flesh out this co-op Souls-like action RPG.

Control is not a part of the Cthulhu mythos, but it's damn close. A 3D metroidvania, your job is to take back the FBC from mind-ravaging entities from outside space and time.

Probably the most Lovecraftian RPG ever made. They even gave it early 20th Century style artwork, and a lot of the quests are drawn directly from HPL's work. Unfortunately the combat is terrible.

While not as good as the first game, the second season of The Last Door is still a great adventure game, and the weirdness and dream logic are dialed up to 11.

Outbuddies DX is like if La Mulana 2 was based in the Cthulhu Mythos instead of Norse. With old school difficulty and controls that seem absurd until you get used to them and they click. It's great.
