It runs perfectly at native resolution (you can lower it to 720p or 800p to gain a little battery life). Bonus : it plays very well with only the touchscreen. Neat game to play on the Go.

It's far from perfect but still enjoyable. At 720p resolution and effects disabled, the game runs between 20 and 40fps depending the area. It's a slow pace game so it's fine.
