This game does have magic. You make a pact with one of six magical factions. However, one of the options for faction is Angel, and you CAN play the game without using "spells" like Tax Collection.

Everything is magic based. You have three attacks, two are spells. The enemies are all demonic, coming from a devil's gate. It is a pretty fun little game; more a clicker/idle than anything. :/

Fantastic game! No magic whatsoever. There are some scary creepy-creeps, but PLEASE play through the storyline! It's very well done. I'm happy there is a horror genre game that isn't magic. :)

Cute little game. I enjoyed what I played of it. The mechanics are that of any idle. Unfortunately. "magic" is a necessary currency in the game; one of the last unlocked, making it very valuable. :(
