Repetitive and simplistic gameplay, no meaningful mechanics introduced throughout the game, forgettable soundtrack, barely any Vaporwave influence noticeable and overall just a very bland game.

Some of the most painful writing I've ever seen in a game. Virtually no improvements over the previous games, and most additions are pretty superficial or annoying and add little worth mentioning.

Dull, short, boring, repetitive, clunky, uninspired, frustrating and very disappointing. Wattam has very little to offer, even for a very young audience.

I can definitely appreciate it for being ahead of its time upon release, but the game has not aged well at all. No gameplay - only plot, and just about every aspect of it is dull and meaningless.

The game boasts a quirky and beautiful artstyle with gameplay that is incredibly intense and tightly designed despite its simplicity, one of the best arcade style shooters I've played in a long time.

Certainly not the worst entry in the series, but definitely not the best either. The core game is decent, but the multiplayer mini-games are horrendous. Can't really give a recommendation for this.

Everything you could expect and want from a Metroid game, just very condensed however, and with cats. Great soundtrack and writing, tight controls and a short game length all make for a little gem.
