Darkest Dungeon is still the king of the block in gritty dungeon crawlers. Exceptionally entertaining and unforgiving. Sometimes too grindy. Good value at normal price, but a must buy when on sale.

Ace Combat 7 is a strong return for the series. With a good set of unique levels that don't overstay their welcome, it remains fresh throughout its entire length.

Stellaris is a solid Grand Strategy game that does a great job of joining Real Time Strategy with mechanics more often seen in Turn Based games. It has a low barrier to entry and a great depth to it.
