Providing two similar- yet completely different adventures in one package, Eagle Island Twist combines the best parts of platforming and roguelike games and combines it with interesting combat.

CrossCode embraces the MMO genre and creates an excellent single-player experience, unrivaled by many that try the same. A long game for sure, but filled with great combat and puzzles to keep you busy

It could have used more time in the oven to iron out bugs/performance, and is a bit inconsistent with its pacing, but the atmosphere, consistently good gameplay and clever puzzles do make up for it.

Shantae and the Seven Sirens feels the closest to a Metroidvania the series has so far, with a nice open map and quick animal transformations. The collectables could use some more work, but it's fun!

While the main game alone is already a fun platformer (albeit one that forces backtracking a bit too much), this package comes with a high amount of modes making it worth every cent.

While it may be a curse that needs to be lifted, Shantae now having access to Risky's equipment makes this a much more fast-paced and enjoyable metroidvania to go through.

A bit on the shorter side, but Shantae: Risky's Revenge does deliver a quality open-ended platformer. The combat is well done too, with an extra emphasis on magic that blends well together.

It's not exactly the most original Metroidvania and also lacks an engaging world and story, but that doesn't take away from the fact that it is a well-made game with good controls and structure.

It is extremely short by design, but with a good reason. Ittle Dew is a very clever game when it comes to tem usage, encouraging multiple playthroughs with different approaches to test your brain.

An excellent take on the sandbox genre for both young- and older players, with a lot of fun parkouring objectives found around every corner for rewards.
