Quality voices in a game can make a huge difference. Couple that with narration that responds to what you are doing every moment of the game, and you get an engaging and rewarding experience.

A deeply psychological puzzler, with some lite swordplay mixed in. Hellblade takes you deep into the troubled mind of a young warrior, and gives a glimpse into the burdens of mental illness.

Barely more than an asset flip, the thing that might scare you the most is number of other games you've seen the same props in. Janky controls and poor level design make this one to pass on.

An awesome demake of Ghost 1.0, as though the game were written for an MSX. Feels perfect right down to the choice of color palettes and synthy sound effects. Excellent recapturing of an era of gaming

A shmup trip through arcade game history, each new batch of levels riffs on a different classic with twists and turns - sometimes literally. Enjoyable to pick up from time to time for a few levels.

While it has elements of a rage game, you really can't help but love the ways the game subverts platforming tropes, and does so with perfect timing. A great little experience in experimental gameing.

A clicker and management game, which somehow fails to be good at either. The variety and strategy of dealing with multiple items defeats much of the clicker purpose. Just not quite up to snuff.

While the game is visually charming, the gameplay itself quickly becomes repetitive and stale. Steam workshop support helps give Henk legs, but not enough to keep you coming back for long.

A beautiful 8-bit style homage to Castlevania and similar games, Odallus features clean retro art, sprawling maps and some tough as nails boss fights that will keep you occupied through the very end.

A melee focused Hotline Miami style game, with unique movement mechanics. Bounce around smacking the bad guys with brooms and bare fists in order to solve each level of this fun and engaging game.
