DOS/SNES FPS game with a religious theme. Prepackaged with ECWolf, but you get the DOS files and SNES rom in there too. Nice!

No controller support for this PC version. The soundtrack is better, but you probably want to play this on Mega Drive or SNES instead.

Originally for Neo Geo in 2000 (though it looks like an early 90s game, and that's okay!). Like Metal Slug X, it's emulated and not a port, and has achievements.

Originally for the Neo Geo in 1999, and is itself an enhanced version of Metal Slug 2 from 1998. It's an emulated version of the arcade system, seems okay. Has achievements which are always welcome.

Originally for PC-8801 in 1987/1988, this compilation went through various iterations to get here today. This one has really great music! Will be hard as nails whichever version you play.

The old edutainment classic for Windows/Mac from 1996. This isn't the exact original as it has updated graphics, but it should still deliver the Zoombinis experience.

Well, it's Doom. DOS 1993. Bundled with DOSBox (and the source). You'll probably want to get a source port of some kind to get a better experience, as the original engine has no benefit really.

Originally released for Windows 95 in 1997, and it seems to be that exact same version. So it has issues on modern PCs, but there are unofficial patches which help.

This is the original DOS game from 1996 bundled with DOSBox. Though you should also get the DOSBox source as per the GPL, whoops… anyway, there's replacement engines and mods for this release.

Originally on the Dreamcast in 1998, and then ported to the Gamecube in 2003. Not a great port but there's mods to make it overall better than the Gamecube port, which otherwise arguably is better.
