One of the more unique turn based strategy games. It recently added co-op multiplayer. If you have a friend who likes non-mainstream games as much as you then this is a refreshing choice.

It took a great concept, honed it even more and created one of the most fun team based FPSes out there. Overwatch basically copied the core concept of this game. Fun for newbies and experts alike.

Since Day-Z standalone lost the public confidence Rust attracted most of those disilusioned players and for the most part they have been very satisfied. Want to be betrayed by strangers? Play this.

A more honed and streamlined version of the Quake 2 mod of the same name. Can be taxing on low end systems. This is an original multiplayer FPS concept, where others are often very derivative.

Great 4x game for playing with friends. A game can take less than an hour to days depending on what setting you choose at the start. Fun to play vs or co-op vs AI. Not for beginners though.

If you love action RPGs and want something similar but different from Diablo, this is probably where you should start. If you are a bit bored of generic top down ARPGs then probably avoid this.

Well honed zombie survival FPS. Has you running from the hordes and always feeling like you only just made it out alive. Which you probably did. Easy to get stuck on a level and blame it on others.

Lots of fun, lots of silliness. Might not be the most honed FPS out there but it is one of the funest. Silly weapons, silly narrative, silly characters. There is a lot to like.

Great multiplayer game which requires a surprisingly large ammount of concentration, tactics, communication and organisation to really succeed in it. Arguments may ensue.

Real time strategy in a fishbowl. This game is not simplified, it is honed. A great attempt at boiling an RTS down to it's essence. Has a Warcraft (the RTS) vibe to it. Easy to play, hard to master.
