I'm on the fence on this one. You can construct buildings that will summon the undead, but they are hostile to you as well as your enemies. It's also very time consuming.

Yeah here we go. THIS is what it's alllllll about You raise a bunch of dudes, yes, but you can mix and match different dudes too. And then they just go kill and loot for me? Yeah. You know what it is

If you wanna be a Necromancer, you better be prepared to grind all the way to the late midgame, and honestly, I haven't done that. It also doesn't help that the spells you can get are disappointing

The Necromancer class in this game isn't bad at all, but it's still hard to recommend the game as a whole. It's been in early access for years, but yet still feels super unfinished overall

You'd think a game with a Necromancer class would actually have a satisfying Necromancy experience, but when the board limits you to 5 creatures at a time it's really just not a good time.

At first, you may not make the mental connection of the playable Vampire race as being able to raise the dead, but they do and it feels so very good having an 80 man army of zombies

If you thought Skyrim was disappointing with necromancy, get ready to very much dislike The Elder Scrolls Online. The only thing even close is the Daedric summoning skill tree, but it's v bare bones

By default, Divinity: Original Sin 2 has some pretty nice necromancy/summoning options, you can even play as a skutal, but with mods it's even better

There may be some necromancy-esque things you can do in Terraria, but there's absolutely nothing here that will let you do anything more than at least look the part

If f2p diablo-esque games are your thing, then Path of Exile does a pretty good job of letting you build a character that can summon 25 skeletons at once. Too bad the economy system is so confusing
