Sphinx and Rose both play this for the same reasons: Large open world, interesting decisions and settlement building and defense. Much better with mods.

Sphinx enjoys a fun challenge with involving storyline and developed characters. Combat is always fun, and forced invasions are challenging. Rose enjoys watching for exciting combat and story.

Sphinx found this a little too repetitive to get into. Rose still plays this regularly, and thoroughly enjoys farming, raising slimes, and saving everything from evil Tarr.

Sphinx plays another great from Zachtronics, and in my opinion (sadly) replaces the purchase option for Spacechem. Interesting puzzles and a fun story to follow along with.

Sphinx will almost always spring for a Zachtronics game, and this is no exception. 3D factory building and interesting physics interactions (preventing pieces from 'welding') is thoroughly fun.

Sphinx has a secret love for Rhythm games, and the music and gameplay are just too fun to pass up. Not much here for Rose, but interesting to watch and fun to listen to.

Sphinx played and thoroughly enjoyed fun characters and interesting additions. Rose enjoys watching for fun characters, and much less "world flipping" than Portal 1 (easier to watch for her.)

Sphinx enjoyed a fast-paced and fun platformer with minigames. Rose enjoyed a fun semi-competitive game that is easy to pick up, and fun to play together.
