Fun tower defense gameplay. Took a fair bit of grinding to get through the story mode but worth it if you don't mind the grind.

It feels like there's a good game in here somewhere but outside of the battles progression is slow, the story is uninteresting, the presentation isn't great and was quite buggy during my time playing.

Fun traditional RPG with beautifully updated graphics, a great soundtrack and an enjoyable job system. Highly recommended, especially for those already acquainted with the Dragon Quest series.

Interesting roguelite / strategy / city builder / deck builder with a fun loop-based gameplay... loop. Very addictive, triggering the "just one more run" syndrome.

Fun monster catching/training/combining game. Helps to have familiarity with the story from Dragon Quest IV as an alternate telling of that story, but works as a standalone story as well.

Fun little game, especially if you're into "Big thing absorb smaller things to get bigger" games.

A short, fun experience if you enjoy platformers, even if you've never played the original. Absolutely worth picking up and playing through, and can be found on deep sale regularly.

The characters, story, battle system, humor and presentation are all top-notch. Played through it at least three times to see everything I could. Highly recommended!

Cool aesthetic, many retro acted-out cutscenes, fun shmup/bullet hell gameplay, custom upgrades, can be finished in a couple hours. Recommended on sale
