Bizarre, experimental title that doesn't overstay its welcome. Some interesting cinematography and food for thought on faith and religion.

A cinematic experience to the core. Narrative and presentation are still very enjoyable but gameplay has been streamlined even more compared to Hellblade 1.

Themes of the game are still relevant 2 decades later. Master Collection version is serviceable, but needs mods to enable HD resolutions and fix compressed audio. Controls are also not modernized.

[Based on demo] Life is Strange meets the Sims - a small town deals with tragedy and the grieving process. Lots of interactivity focusing on the relationships between the townsfolk.

Engaging & immersive story, but gameplay is extremely linear and on-rails. Would recommend for narrative lovers, but not those chasing a deeply scary experience.

A timeless classic that still holds up well in 2024. Master Collection version is OK - perfectly playable without issue, but port itself is barebones with no QOL features.

[Based on first hour] The cyberpunk grungy atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing. Full voice acting is very nice although voice direction seems a little off. Lots of text - slow burn.
