Sid Meier's Civilization V is easily tone of the best Turn-Based-Strategy games to have come out within the past decade.

This game is easily my favorite first person puzzle game since Portal 2 came out. It's got an amazing story and the physics based puzzles are a joy. I'd recommend this game any day.
