A much more polished sequel, this time with the choice of external audio capture, Polynomial 2 is a fairly slow paced 3D shooter with old-school sound visualizer vibes. A decent game to chill to.

A fun, casual, arcade style game with a nice high contrast retro/synthwave aesthetic. It can be challenging but it's a fun and unique FPS addition to the genre. Bonus: It's cheap

Audiosurf and Riff Racer's very inexpensive child, Music Racer is a fun casual game with an arcade feel. This game had a period of being my new favourite and now boasts AUDIUS streaming connectivity.

Rhythm game first, this aesthetic and well made game let's you play your music in a secondary mode. Similar to KickBeat, although this is a 'consistent beat only' zone. No Bohemian Rhapsody for you!

A unique twist on the ‘rouge-like’ and ‘music-driven’ genres. Move on beat to the game's soundtrack, or use your own MP3 files in this retro dungeon crawling rouge-like. Challenging, but a lot of fun!

A single player story campaign primarily, with the additional feature to "beat your music". It's only a side feature, but it's something a bit different, and it's a decent amount of fun.

Cheap & cheerful. At first it was frustrating, but give it a chance, let go, and it may grow on you! It's a fun shoot/dodge concept at its best when you're chill, jammin' and half paying attention.

New and improved! With Steam workshop support and a ton of customization, Audiosurf 2 has definitely replaced it's outstanding success of a predecessor. You can tailor your experience almost entirely.

With VR giving you that added Immersion, It's a simple but fun little game to jam out to your favourite tunes on. Get a hyped and happy feeling raving on your ones like a lemon, alone in your bedroom.
