I review mostly strategy games, but I have a breadth of things I will cover, should it tickle my fancy. 4x, RTS, TBS, Simulators and City builders are my bread and butter!

Forged Battalion is a Nuts and Bolts style classic RTS game, harkening back to the 90's era with some polish and beautiful visuals to make it feel like a truly modern game thats available on a budget.

An astonishingly faithful re-imagining of the original X-COM with new elements added. If you were at all a fan and want an up to date version then why the hell don't you own this already?

Possibly one of the greatest real time strategy games of all time. If you are at all interested in the genre, this is a must play.

Stellaris is a decent attempt at blending 4x and Grand strategy. Occasionally feels like it lacks identity. Is it 4x or Grand strategy? Who knows, but it is definitely worth it for fans of both.

Foxhole is an incredibly unique experience. A large open sandbox war where players are scrambling to build the battlefield whilst fighting in it give you a real sense of awe when the cogs are turning

Caveblazers takes platforming and roguelike and crashes them together at the speed of light to create brutal black hole of never-ending gameplay. "Just one more run" could easily be the games tagline.

An accomplished puzzle game with multiple game modes, theoretically infinite levels and a relaxing aestethic. Definitely a hero of lunch breaks.

Never had I asked "What would Legend of Zelda be like with shotguns" and yet somehow this game gave me the answer. While rough around the edges, its worth a lunch break or two of time and fun!

Civ VI is a great return of the familiar with some new features. A robust modding scene and fantastic fundamental gameplay will keep you coming back for just one more turn at the expense of your sleep

A complex game of nation building and management set roughly in the renaissance. Witness and participate in the historical birth of global empires throughout history, and try to contain Ulm.
