Basically, a less gang-like and more comedic take on the franchise. There was a huge shift in the game's dynamic to combat similarities to the GTA franchise. The story's fun, though it's less refined.

This is a fun gang game where you try to take your city back from 3 unique gangs after you've been in a coma for years and the company Ultor got big. You get to kill random innocent people for fun! XD
