Post-apocalyptic psuedo-roman RPG. It gets even weirder from there. Combat is tactical and causes early deaths - the key is to utilize the different attack modes - arterial strike is clutch.

Mind bending RPG, and arguably both the best and most interesting since Fallout 2.
