100% Certified Indie Gem.

It's a relatively low-budget (by the standards of SEGA) nostalgia cash grab. Not that bad if you haven't played Streets of Rage Remake. Feels unimpressive if you know what fans did with SORR, though.

Stomping stuff with a giant mech should be fun. It isn't - your mech is made of tinfoil, NES-hard memorization is stale and cargo delivery missions are ineffably bad. Needs more core gameplay polish.

At this point it's just an asset bash with shallow gameplay. The most egregious is the amount of grinding that the game expects you to do to unlock its meager offerings.

This should've been either a browser or mobile game (and maybe it is). Even though the price is cheap, it doesn't offer enough depth to merit the proud title of desktop game.

Cool artstyle but shallow gameplay - it's hardly a roguelite, lots of lazily-designed levels and it gets stale in roughly 3-4 hours. A bit of a waste, tbh. Might be worth it under a solid discount.

The balance is out of whack and it's much less of a card game and much more of a shallow tactical game that hides its flaws under a fashionable "CCG hybrid" gimmick.

It burns out really fast and thus has minimal replayability (5 hours for each of 3 classes tops) but it is quite fun and challenging while it lasts.

Short, oscar-bait theme of the game has zero connection with actual ok-ish gameplay, not a roguelite - your run is defined by the initial unlocks selected and doesn't really mutate on the go.

Shallow management with too few choices, boring and repetitive combat that's mostly based around "put a square peg into a square hole" system. Short run duration and minimal replayability. Meh.
