Essentially a game about creating your own medieval diorama. Intuitive UI and incredible detail make it possible to create surprisingly intricate towns, castles, and other models.

A cozy atmosphere and fun airborne exploration make this game easily worth watching and playing. Sky islands are a neat concept to play with. More fun with friends.

Although the design choices are intriguing and bring the potential for the most fleshed out Civ game ever made, endless missing features and the blatantly unfinished UI mean it's best to wait for now.

Played Kingdom but wish it were better? Thronefall has you covered. I absolutely love every design aspect of this game to death. Incredible, concise, and clear visuals/UI with fantastic sounds/music.

Putting aside the Sony fiasco, Helldivers 2 is an open-ended shooter in a similar vein to Deep Rock Galactic with a Starship Troopers vibe. Super fun, quite replayable - friends to play with required.

Closer to Company of Heroes 1 than 2, which sounds like a good thing at first - but all the charm has been removed. Feels ironed out, picked through, as if made by shareholders in a boardroom.

Absolutely incredible sense of progression in this laid-back exploration focused title, really making you feel proud of your accomplishments. Great soundtrack too.

Not entirely sure what's going on here - it feels like CS has regressed into an early access title while removing CS:GO from the store entirely. Missing features being slowly returned to the game.

A blend of city builder, factory automation, and terraforming games. Fun aesthetic and very approachable to anyone who hasn't played automation games, or a laid-back experience for those who have.

A buggy sequel to Cities: Skylines 1 that takes some much needed steps forward while also taking a number of major steps backwards. Feels like an early access title - wait for several more patches.
