Obsidian Entertainment continues to make better sequels, even to their own games. The Outer Worlds 2 is a stellar sci-fi RPG to be an instant classic.

Escape From Duckov has a lot of QOL improvements I actually wish Escape from Tarkov had. There’s fun to be had and I do recommend it, but Escape From Duckov just isn’t all it’s quacked up to be.

BALL x PIT feels like the next big thing, an evolution in all the genres it exists in. BALL x PIT is simply not to be missed, and sure to be your newest obsession.

A prequel that starts 2000 years before the events of E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy is neat. This is a super fast and frenetic first-person melee-focused RPG that’s just as fun solo as it is with friends.

With all said and done, it’s hard not to say “Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles” is the definitive version of the SRPG.

A kind of imsim, PIGFACE takes a first-person Manhunt approach, and allows you to customize your weapons, gear, and masks to suit your playstyle. Definitely worth checking out.

CloverPit is a game that mixes two types of other games, Balatro with Buckshot Roulette for a wholly unique experience that doesn’t really mimic real-life gambling, but going for "one more pull".

The new movement system, the mature narrative, and the gorgeous, seamless world are just too good to ignore. Gearbox is back in a big way, and Borderlands 4 is the best the series has ever been.

And when you get there, you’ll have realized that some things are worth doing the hard way, and others, well, let’s just say it’s good to have friends by your side.
