Star Trek Online has two feline races, the Caitians, and their psychic cousins, the Ferasan. Sadly, the ability of being able to play as both is sold on the Zen store, $12 as of this writing.

The Elder Scrolls series always had Khajiit as a race but there are dedicated modmakers that make playing as non-muzzled nekos much simpler and makes them look great. Needs work on "Adopt a Kitten."

Neko customization is limited to DC-approved designs. Leopard, tiger and lion fur-patterns available as well as chrmoatic coloring options. The best part is you can choose whether to be good or evil.

You can go humanoid with cat-ears or go full neko with tiger and leopard skins as well as chromatic skin/fur options. This game is FULL of customization options.
