Via Nei: Developers have chosen to edit Shank so that several scenes featuring references of ♥♥♥♥ or extreme violence have been altered or outright removed.

Steam version does not contain any adult scenes. A free patch is available (see full review link) to add in the adult scenes, but the scenes still have mosaics.
