Two Point Hospital is a challenging, yet extrremely fun to play whether it is on sandbox mode or the campaign. DLCs are all worth it with additional missions and added gameplay mechanics to test you.

11/10 would get murdered as a child by your uncle because he did not claim the throne. Anyway, game is good and worth it, even the base game plus mods can give you 100+ hours of gameplay.
