I've always liked the Civ games and feel that Beyond Earth adds enough new content and changes key game concepts to stand well on it's own.

If you like World of Tanks, this is like it but with WWII airplanes. A lot of fun solo or with friends and it's easy to get into.

You will be hard pressed to find a more entertaining game either solo or with friends. Expect to spend hours upon hours playing it.

This one is not a multi-player experience like most other games I like but is a great way to spend some solo down-time between doing dungoen raids.

Beware of hackers, but if you can put up with them, this game is super fun for a group of players who do a good job coordinating.

A great game for you and three other friends if you don't mind mature content. Lead your gang and rob banks, stores, and more. Simple but fun.
