This document outlines the rights that you have to use Digital Sapphire's software.

By playing this game, you agree uphold the terms of the software license. You also agree to the Terms of service and Privacy policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using Digital Sapphire's services.

This document is subject to change, and any updates are effective upon posting. Your continued use of Digital Sapphire's services after any modifications constitutes acceptance to these updated terms.


Digital Sapphire grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with this agreement. This license also permits content creators to stream or upload video content using Digital Sapphire's services in accordance with this agreement.

You are prohibited from modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of the software.

You are prohibited from distributing, sublicensing, renting, leasing, or otherwise transferring the software.


The software and all accompanying intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Digital Sapphire.

Ownership of user-generated content follows the Steam subscriber agreement. You grant Digital Sapphire a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the user-generated content for purposes related to the software.


The software is provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Digital Sapphire makes no warranties or representations regarding the functionality, reliability, or suitability of the software for any particular purpose.

Digital Sapphire does not warrant that the software is error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with all operating systems.

You acknowledge and agree that the use of the software is at your own discretion and risk. Digital Sapphire is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.


This license is effective until terminated by Digital Sapphire or upon your violation of any terms herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies in your possession.


This agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings related to this agreement shall be exclusively brought to this state, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

Users accessing the software from outside the United States acknowledge that they do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
