Effective Date: September 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and LIU LEI, an individual developer (“Developer”), regarding your use of the game 3DMOBA, including its software, updates, online services, and related content (“Game”).


By installing, launching, or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.


LIU LEI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes through Steam.

You may not copy, sell, rent, distribute, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Game, except where permitted by applicable law.


The Game, including its code, artwork, characters, maps, music, audio, text, trademarks, and other content, is owned by LIU LEI or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game or any intellectual property rights to you.


3DMOBA may be provided as an Early Access product. The Game may contain unfinished features, bugs, balance changes, server changes, resets, and content changes.

Online features may include matchmaking, online co-op, online PvP, player accounts, in-game chat, and dedicated servers. These features may require an Internet connection and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued.


You must not cheat, hack, exploit bugs, use unauthorized software, harass or threaten other players, impersonate others, distribute illegal or hateful content, share personal information, or interfere with the operation or security of the Game.

LIU LEI may restrict or terminate access to online features when necessary to protect the Game, its players, or its services.


You are responsible for any player name, message, chat content, or other material that you submit through the Game.

You must not submit personal, financial, confidential, illegal, abusive, or infringing content.

You grant LIU LEI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, reproduce, and moderate your submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Game.


The Game may process limited account, device, network, gameplay, crash, and security information necessary to operate, protect, and improve the Game.

Do not share personal, financial, or sensitive information through player names, chat, or other in-game features.


The Game is distributed through Steam and may use Steamworks and other third-party services or software.

Your use of Steam is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement:

Third-party software or services may be subject to separate license terms. Where applicable, those terms apply to the relevant third-party software or service.


LIU LEI may provide updates, patches, fixes, balance changes, security updates, or other changes to the Game.

LIU LEI may terminate or restrict your license if you materially breach this Agreement, cheat, misuse the Game, interfere with the services, or engage in unlawful activity.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. LIU LEI does not guarantee that the Game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIU LEI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to your use of the Game.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.


This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where LIU LEI resides, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
