You may NOT:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or create derivative works
  
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices
  
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose or public display
  
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Game
  
• Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Game
  
• Exploit the Game or any of its parts for commercial purposes
  
• Transfer, assign, or sublicense your license rights to any other person or entity

The Game, including all content, graphics, user interface, visual interfaces, code, software, audio, text, and other materials, is owned by Licensor and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Licensor.


You agree to use the Game in a lawful manner and will not:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users (if applicable to multiplayer features)
  
• Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language
  
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's services or systems
  
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers
  
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  
• Engage in any activity that may damage Licensor's reputation or goodwill

Licensor may from time to time develop patches, updates, upgrades, and other modifications to improve the Game ("Updates"). These Updates may be automatically installed without providing any additional notice or receiving any additional consent. You consent to such automatic Updates. This Agreement will govern any Updates provided by Licensor that replace or supplement the original Game, unless the Update is accompanied by a separate license agreement.


If the Game allows you to create, upload, or share content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content but grant Licensor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Game and Licensor's business. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.


This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your devices. Termination will not limit any of Licensor's other rights or remedies. Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 shall survive termination.


THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Your use of the Game is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Game or your violation of this Agreement.


The Game may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. Licensor does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.


This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [YOUR JURISDICTION].

For users in the European Union: Nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.


Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Agreement on our website or through the Steam store page. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you must stop using the Game.


Your use of the Game is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement available at https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement, the Steam Subscriber Agreement shall control with respect to your use of Steam services.


This Agreement, together with any privacy policy and other terms incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.


If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


Licensor's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
