END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
AI Slop: The Race to AGI

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Licensee") and the developer and copyright holder of AI Slop: The Race to AGI ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our").
By installing, copying, or using the game, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Your purchase or download of the Software through a platform (such as Steam) is also subject to that platform's terms and policies.

1. THE SOFTWARE
"The Software" means the interactive entertainment software product marketed as AI Slop: The Race to AGI, including executable files, assets, documentation, and updates or patches that Licensor makes available to you for that product.

2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to this EULA, Licensor grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software solely for your private, non-commercial entertainment, using only legitimate copies obtained through authorized distribution channels.
Unless applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived, you may not, and you may not permit others to:
(a) copy, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Software, except as allowed by law or this EULA;
(b) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software or your rights under this EULA;
(c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the limited extent mandatory applicable law expressly permits;
(d) remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices or credits;
(e) use cheats, automation, or other means intended to exploit, disrupt, or gain an unfair advantage in features intended to operate with integrity (for example, leaderboards or achievements), where such features exist;
(f) use the Software in violation of law or third-party rights.

3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. STEAM AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
If you access or use the Software through Steam or use Steamworks features (such as achievements, leaderboards, or Steam Input), your use of those services is also governed by Valve Corporation's agreements and policies, including the Steam Subscriber Agreement and applicable privacy terms. Licensor is not responsible for Valve's services.

5. UPDATES
Licensor may provide updates, patches, or changes to the Software. Some updates may be required to continue using online-connected features. Continued use after an update is offered may constitute acceptance of reasonable changes to this EULA where permitted by law.

6. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Video games may include flashing imagery or patterns. A small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or other symptoms when exposed to certain light patterns or backgrounds. Discontinue use and consult a physician if you or anyone using the Software experiences dizziness, altered vision, convulsions, or other symptoms. Play in a well-lit environment and take breaks.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS EULA OR THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $10).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations. In those jurisdictions, Licensor's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Licensor and its licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Software or violation of this EULA.

10. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you materially breach this EULA and fail to cure the breach where cure is reasonable. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Software and destroy copies in your possession or control, except copies retained in ordinary platform libraries (such as Steam) where you cannot reasonably delete them.

11. GENERAL
If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes any prior understandings on that subject, except for separate platform terms (such as Valve's agreements for Steam) and any additional terms presented for specific optional features.
Nothing in this EULA is intended to limit any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
