END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and lowiro limited ("lowiro", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of In Falsus (the "Product").
The Product includes the In Falsus game software and its associated code, audiovisual content, text, artwork, music, documentation, and any updates or additional content supplied by lowiro for the Product.
By accepting this EULA through Steam, or by downloading, installing, launching, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this EULA, including the privacy provisions below.
If you do not agree to this EULA, you must not download, install, launch, or use the Product.
Your use of Steam is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other applicable terms between you and Valve. This EULA applies in addition to those terms and does not replace your separate agreement with Valve.
1. License
Subject to this EULA, lowiro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Product for your personal, non-commercial entertainment through Steam.
The Product is licensed to you, not sold. Except for the rights expressly granted under this EULA or applicable law, lowiro and its licensors retain all rights in the Product.
Use of the Product through Steam-authorised features is permitted subject to Steam's applicable terms.
2. Restrictions
Except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorised by lowiro, you must not:

3. Ownership
The Product, including its software, characters, artwork, graphics, text, music, audio, designs, and other content, is owned by or licensed to lowiro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights in the Product are transferred to you under this EULA.
4. Steam and Purchases
The Product is distributed through Steam.
The Product does not contain an in-game payment system or in-game purchases. Any purchase of the Product itself, and any applicable payment, refund, or transaction processing, is handled through Steam and is subject to Valve's applicable terms and policies.
lowiro does not collect payment card or other payment-account information through the Product.
5. Privacy and Analytics
This section describes how lowiro handles information generated when you play the Product.
5.1 Information Collected
The Product uses Unity Analytics, provided by Unity Technologies, to collect gameplay and technical analytics.
Information collected through Unity and Unity Analytics may include:
The gameplay events we define for Unity Analytics are intended to describe use of the Product and are not intended to contain personal information.
We do not intentionally send your Steam account name or other directly identifying information to Unity Analytics as part of our gameplay events.
5.2 How We Use Analytics
Analytics information is used to understand how the Product is played and to help us maintain, develop, and improve it.
This includes purposes such as:

5.3 Unity
Unity Technologies processes analytics information in connection with the Unity software and Unity Analytics services used by the Product.

Unity Analytics retains personal data according to Unity's applicable retention policies and the settings applicable to our use of its services.
5.4 Steam
The Product uses Steam services for platform functionality.
Valve independently processes information associated with your Steam account and your use of Steam. Information processed independently by Valve is governed by Valve's own privacy policies and is not controlled by lowiro under this EULA.
5.5 Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights in relation to personal information associated with you. These may include rights to request access to or deletion of personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Privacy-related requests may be submitted through the lowiro Contact Us page.
We may need to provide you with instructions or request information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant Unity Analytics installation data associated with your request.
Where applicable law requires consent or provides a right to opt out of analytics processing, we will handle analytics collection in accordance with those requirements.
5.6 Changes to Our Privacy Practices
We may update these privacy provisions if the information collected by the Product, the services used by the Product, or our use of that information changes.
Any updated EULA will be made available through Steam.
6. Updates and Support
lowiro may provide patches, updates, modifications, or other changes to the Product.
Such updates may modify features, content, performance, compatibility, or technical requirements of the Product.
Except where required by applicable law, lowiro does not guarantee that any particular update or feature will be provided or maintained indefinitely.
Steam may automatically download or install updates in accordance with your Steam settings and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
lowiro does not guarantee that the Product will operate without interruption or error, that every defect will be corrected, or that the Product will meet every user's particular requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lowiro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Product.
Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits any warranty, liability, remedy, or statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Termination
This EULA remains effective while you use the Product.
You may terminate this EULA at any time by ceasing use of and uninstalling the Product.
lowiro may terminate your license to use the Product if you materially breach this EULA, subject to applicable law.
Upon termination, the license granted to you under this EULA ends and you must cease using the Product.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations which by their nature should continue after termination.
9. Changes to This EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time, including to reflect changes to the Product, applicable law, Steam requirements, third-party services, or our privacy practices.
The updated version will state the date on which it was last revised and will be made available through Steam.
Where applicable law requires us to notify you of, or obtain agreement to, a material change, we will do so before that change becomes binding on you.
If you do not agree to an updated EULA, you must cease using the Product.
10. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
This EULA is subject to applicable laws or regulations in your country or region, and you will comply with all such applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Nothing in this EULA limits or excludes any mandatory consumer protection, privacy, contractual, or other legal rights that apply to you and cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
You agree that your access to and use of the Product is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any choice of legal rule that would cause application of laws of any jurisdiction other than the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes and controversies arising out of or in connection with the Product shall be resolved exclusively by The Courts of England and Wales, and you hereto agree to submit to the jurisdiction of said courts and agree that the venue shall be at exclusively with such courts.
11. General
This EULA constitutes the agreement between you and lowiro regarding the matters covered by it, together with any terms expressly incorporated into it.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure by lowiro to enforce a provision of this EULA does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
Valve is not a party to this EULA. Your relationship with Valve and your use of Steam remain governed separately by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve's other applicable terms.

- circumvent or interfere with technical measures used to protect or operate the Product;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, ownership, or other proprietary notices contained in the Product; or
- use the Product in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.
Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
3. Ownership
The Product, including its software, characters, artwork, graphics, text, music, audio, designs, and other content, is owned by or licensed to lowiro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

- gameplay events generated while you play, such as game progress, interactions, completed activities, and information about how features of the Product are used.
The gameplay events we define for Unity Analytics are intended to describe use of the Product and are not intended to contain personal information.
