Welcome to BongoWaifu. By installing or playing this game you agree to this Agreement. This Agreement is between you and RamenCatStudio ("we") and applies alongside the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play this game on your personal device. You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, rent, or resell the game for commercial purposes.

This game includes an optional "AI Connection" feature (Model Context Protocol). Please note:

• What it does: When enabled, the game starts a small local server (address 127.0.0.1, on one available port between 7337 and 7356). A separately installed AI application (such as Claude Code, Codex CLI, or Gemini CLI) can connect to this server and drive the desktop pet's dialogue.
  
• Local only: The server binds only to the loopback interface and is never exposed to the public internet. The game itself does not connect to the internet and does not upload any data.
  
• No data collection: Messages from the AI are shown only in the speech bubble and are discarded when the feature is turned off. They are not written to your save file. The game collects no conversations, accounts, or telemetry.
  
• Off by default: This feature is off by default. It runs only after you manually enable it and can be disabled at any time.
  
• Third-party AI content: Dialogue shown through this feature is produced by the third-party AI service you choose to use. It is not produced or endorsed by this game. If the output is unsatisfactory, please adjust your AI application's settings or disable this feature.

The game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-defectiveness. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the game.

Material changes to this Agreement will be announced in the game's update notes. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
