We had to shut down the server for a while today to fully implement 1.6.0. Please note that some of the server-side changes we had to implement will cause pre-1.6.0 clients to fail to properly display our "Server is down" message and will instead offer you a New Player button. Please disregard this button (your old account is fine) and hang on a bit longer as we wrap up the new release.

Some things to look forward to:
- no more auto-optimization of hero items
- hero items will be seamlessly synchronized between devices for players on multiple devices.
- some faction chat improvements.
- other minor bug fixes and stability improvements.

Iron 27 Inc is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana which has experienced record flooding over the past few days. A key game update scheduled for tomorrow (Monday August 15, 2016) which targets hero gear and the removal of the "auto-optimize" feature may be pushed back as our studio and some of our team member's homes have been affected.

We will continue to push feature updates and bug fixes as quickly as possible.
