Restaurant Empire II appears to include everything you need to build and run a restaurant, coffee shop or dessert house. Not just the obvious stuff either, for example, you can build a restaurant in the shape of a giant lobster in Munich, Rome, Paris or Los Angeles and then hire circus performers or a rock band to entertain the diners.
